  • 2011 - Michael opened the first Urban Air in Southlake, Texas.

    2016 - Urban Air evolves from trampolines and opened the first Adventure Park, a diversified concept to keep families coming back again and again.

  • Urban Air begins franchising, quickly becomes one of the fastest-growing franchises in the country and named a top franchise concept by Entrepreneur. Launch of the 2.0 park model.

  • Launch of the 2.5 park model.

  • Hiring of key Executive Team talent to sustain and support system growth.

  • Urban Air continues to grow through the challenges of COVID, opening 33 new Adventure Parks.

  • Unleashed Brands is born as a leading platform of brands through its acquisition of Snapology. The Little Gym and Premier Martial Arts are also acquired.

  • Both Class 101 and XP League are acquired in April ’22.

  • Sylvan Learning is acquired in February ’24. Unleashed Brands platform reaches over $1.1B in systemwide revenue with 1200 open and operating locations.
