“Launch Day” has a special meaning at Unleashed Brands, a modification to what many in the franchising industry refer to as “Discovery Day.” For most of our entrepreneurial candidates, these monthly Launch Day events are an important step in Unleashed Brand’s eight-step discovery process. Simply put, it’s an opportunity for our candidates to learn about Unleashed Brands and confirm their interest in youth enrichment franchise ownership. In a way, Launch Day functions similar to a two-way job interview, in which our candidates and the executive team at Unleashed Brands have the chance to evaluate one another to determine if there’s a fit between the parties for future franchise ownership.

A Recap – Unleashed Brands’ Launch Days
Our pre-planned Launch Days are a little different than those of other franchisors, a final stage event typically consisting of a single, action-packed time frame to assess the likelihood of awarding a new franchise to a worthy candidate. At Unleashed Brands, we typically create two-day events and host them on a monthly basis. The first day is all about welcoming our entrepreneurial candidates, with plenty of opportunities to socialize and get to know one another. It’s also a chance for us to set expectations for the full Launch Day event, in which candidates will get a personalized look at CEO Michael Browning Jr.’s Vision Casting presentation. During this live onstage opportunity, Browning provides a timeline of Unleashed Brands and illustrates our commitment to youth enrichment franchise opportunities. This involves a full review of our mission and vision statement, consisting of Unleashed Brands’ investment in brands where children can learn, play, and grow – the three pillars of our brand philosophy. Other executive leaders at Unleashed Brands cover additional topics – such as proprietary technology we’ve built and how it integrates with each one of the six brands in our portfolio. It’s designed to be an interactive experience, where audience participation from our candidates is not only welcomed but expected!

But that’s not all you can expect at our Unleashed Brands Launch Day events – you’ll also be educated on our proprietary enterprise-level platforms, finance, marketing, real estate, analytical data, and the close-knit, ongoing support we offer franchisees in our system. Following the presentation, candidates are then ushered to pre-planned site visits, where they’ll have the opportunity to see how these businesses are owned and operated on a day-to-day basis. Once onsite, you’ll see for yourself how kids respond to our concepts and why parents choose Unleashed Brands to help their children learn, grow, and play. After this in-the-field tour, Launch Day typically includes a festive social hour, where Unleashed Brands executives and future franchisees have the chance to mingle with one another and participate in one-on-one validation sessions.
